What is the house survey?
The house survey allows you to view a thermal image of your property and see where you are losing energy. In addition to this the site will estimate your current EPC and highlight potential savings you could make. Instant calculations allow you to update the home information and discover the best way forward to reducing your home energy consumption.
What will you see?
If we have surveyed your home you will see a thermal image of the front elevation of your home. Regions of highest heat loss will be coloured red, yellow and green. Normal or expected heat loss will be coloured grey/blue.
What if the information is incorrect?
Information for your property has been estimated based on a number of information sources. Some data may be assumed based on typical values and may be incorrect for your home. If this is the case, you can click anywhere you see the change button and update the information appropriately. Once complete the site will automatically re-calculate your potentials savings and estimated energy rating.
